Honestly I can't stand the texture of eggs, I'm not sure if it's just how I make them, but the white is always so rubbery and the yolk is runny but chalky at the same time, is there any way I can fix this?

Now that I've seen more, I think you can pretty much skip to the END, as now we're just getting stupid with things like cooking an egg in the dishwasher for 3 hours, putting a stick through a raw egg and freezing it and eating it raw like an ice pop.... waste of time. Also, a frittata isn't as boring as the one made here, because that's not a frittata when you just bake scrambled eggs in the pan without adding things like tomato slices, cook/chopped potato, dollops of ricotta on the top, onions, bacon, ham, etc.

as someone with their own chicken coop, I'm going to need about 590 more recipes if you can. Also, you didn't include my family's signature egg recipe. The Fried-Scambled egg. Or as we call it, a Scrambled Egg. You just crack an egg on a pan on high, scramble the yoke and white in the pan as it cooks, and keep scrambling it as it cooks until it turns a bit golden and then toss it onto a plate. Also what would happen if you separated the white from the yoke, fried the white for a little bit, then slip the yoke under it to let the yoke act as a sorta blanket?

Great video !!! I know of one way to prepare egg that you don't have in your video : It's one way Brazilians prepare eggs (or was just my mom who would jot let me, my sisters and my father leave home without having it in the morning). We call it "GEMADA" (gema=yolk / ada =ade, like in lemonade = limonada in Portuguese). You beat (with a spoon) in glass one raw egg yolk (no egg whites) and lots of sugar (it gets really sweet). You can have it like that, or you may add milk and cocoa in it. Thanks, Luciana 🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳

In Korea we have 'jangjorim' where we put a boiled egg in soy sauce overnight. It makes the egg salted for just the right amount. We also have cooked egg....which I guess these are all cooked egg but the egg Im talking about right now is an egg that was not boiled but was cooked in oven/sauna environment so when you open it the egg white becomes brown.(I think if you cook the egg in the air fryer without cracking the egg it gives a similar texture but the egg white part is still white). Lastly we have a currently popular type of egg which is called 'gamdongran'(it is the name of the product; means emotional egg because it is so good that it will make you emotional) which I believe is a boiled egg that is put in heavily salted water for a long time that the salt goes into the boiled egg, so when you eat it afterwards, it's already quite salty. I mean these are just some examples from Korea, so I bet there are many more ways to cook an egg around the world. Maybe bon appetit can make a video about how to cook an egg-world edition. As an egg lover myself, I would love to watch how other countries cook eggs differently from ours! ;)

Here's another recipe for eggs. Grab an egg, and whisk it in a bowl. Add any spices you would like (salt, parsley, etc) and then pour it in a pan. Your end result will be a sort of fluffy egg with a crispy edge. I don't know what temperature to cook at though so, figure it out yourself.
